I sat on the edge of the stage I loved it here it was so quiet I could hear anything I was in a dream. "Alright I think its time to go." said HM "I want to stay here." I argued "We still have a lot more to see..em I mean explore."He stumbled I laughed "I think I will be fine right here." I said "Okay then well I have to go run to the office to get my mail so you stay right here I will be back in a second." HM said I could here him walk out the exit and down the hall.

"RAINDROPS ON ROSES AND WHISKERS ON KITTENS!"I belted out, warming up for The Sound of Music tryouts; resumes don't fill themselves, and normal girls don't become Maria without a little practice. "Bright copper kettles and warm-" I froze and screamed. "What are you doing here?!"

Tora was humming Liesl's parts to "Sixteen going on seventeen" to her self. Marc had been thrilled she was going to be trying out for Liesl. She was just doing this to waste time, not because she felt like it was going to her her into a band. She was going to start a band, and they where going to get signed. That was her dream, the one her parents didn't approve of. They wanted her to be a lawyer in New York, that's why she's here. Marc convinced them that being in different places would help her career as a lawyer.

"I'm yelling at you, stupid!" I said, pointing at a kid sitting on the stage alone. "You're obviously not part of Sound of Music tryouts. Why are you even here?" I crossed my arms, but kept my attitude calm.

I turned at her general direction and held my finger up to my lips gesturing silence. I smiled and turned back to facing the seats some of the people here where pretty good although some well where not so good.

I was ready to smack this kid across the face. Who does he think he is? Whatever. I continued on with my song, walking across the stage, until I found someone singing "Sixteen Going On Seventeen," and she was actually pretty good. Then, I realized something- this was my roommate, Tora. "Hey roomie!"

, but she didn't want to be rude to her roommate. She would have to spend the next year until summer with the girl, then she and Marc can go back to Japan and she could beg her parents to transfer her back to Japan. She hated it in America. She truly did. [/ul][/tt]

"I kind of got that, Tora." Wow. Who knew boarding school teenagers could be so blunt? Still, I wanted to have a good relationship with my roommate, so I just walked away and sang quieter. I didn't want to be the obnoxious singer who doesn't realized she's annoying everyone. I walked backstage and hummed Climb Ev'ry Mountain while I waited for some nice stranger to care enough and talk to me.
